Stephen Palmer is a painter based in South East London.  During 2010 he worked directly from the local landscape in Greenwich Park and Blackheath.  During 2011 he painted on the Ile de Re in France.  

Works  are currently on view at Jenna Burlingham gallery.  

Recently Stephen Palmer was winner of the Hicks prize at The Discerning Eye exhibition at the Mall Galleries, London.

Stephen has exhibited paintings at the Royal Festival Hall, the Royal Academy and the National Portrait Gallery.  He has won painting prizes in France in 2007 and 2008.
